Is it possible to list members by their Diocese? I see there is a tab to list by letter..etc. I think it would be a good idea if there could be a way to filter that info.

Sorry, John, that's not possible. I keep the credentials everyone sends in to sign up in a seperate email list in case we need to check if anyone is actually a deacon or in a formation program.
The diocese and ordination year next to everyone's name is something I add to the Personal Text in indvidual profiles before i activate their account. (Click your name and see "Modify Profile" at the top.) The personal Text is not something set in stone and anyone can change it however they like. I just thought it would at least be interesting to see where folks are from. But there is nothing in anyone's account that is searchable in the way you want.
As an experiment I typed "Oklahoma City" into the search box and clicked search. It turned up a message by Bob Heskamp but only because he typed his diocese at the bottom of the message. If he hadn't have posted a message with that on the bottom the search wouldn't have found him. And as you can see in the members list, many don't post.
So, basically, the info you want to search for is not in the content of the bulletin board. (i.e., it is not something ProBoards asks for when you register.)

Tim,
That's OK. I just thought that with the info in the profiles, there may have been a way to create a filter.
